The diet expert says eating your evening meal at a specific time makes it easier to shed the pounds.
Dieting expert Michael Mosley has issued some advice about when you should be eating dinner for the best chances of losing weight.
He says one of the most important things you can do to shed the pounds is eat your heaviest meal at the start of the day, gradually eating less as the day goes on, and finishing off with a light dinner. And timing is apparently key, as he's revealed when you should be eating your last meal of the day for the best weight loss results.
Speaking to the Daily Mail last year, he said that pairing this with eating a later breakfast increases your fasting window: "When you get up in the morning, you may be in a rush to tuck into your breakfast and get out of the door. Or you may be happy to hold off eating for a while ."
