The author and presenter highlighted the benefits of eating slowly, which work as a 'natural version of weight loss drugs'.

Health guru Michael Mosley has gone into detail about one simple eating habit that serves as a 'natural version of Ozempic'.

As reports Gloucestershire Live, Michael wrote: "The reason eating quickly leads to weight gain is that it affects the release of hunger-suppressing hormones, such as glucagon-like peptide 1 , which is a natural version of drugs such as Ozempic that are currently causing such excitement in the weight loss world."

Citing research, he pointed out that a 2018 study involving nearly 60,000 participants showed slow eaters had a 42 per cent lower chance of being obese.
