The chart-topping singer ordered supermarket workers to 'clean up aisle five'
Michael Bublé is known as the soundtrack to Christmas for many and now he’s brought his signature festive cheer to Asda’s 2023 Christmas ad. The singer made his debut as Asda’s inaugural Chief Quality in the 90-second TV ad, which premiered on Saturday night during The Voice ad break.
The avert isn’t short on funny moments, with Bublé - a chartopping international star - requesting a “clean up on aisle five”, something which he admits he’s ‘always wanted to do’. One Asda colleague orders: “Products to approve - so bring Mr Bublé your best.” The singer takes on the serious task of selecting the final cheese to complete Asda’s Extra Special Christmas Cheeseboard, as well as sampling some truffle and parmesan pigs in blankets. He even makes a joke that they might beat him to Christmas number one.
