Michael Beale reacted to his sides 1-0 home loss against rivals Celtic at Ibrox today as Brendan Rodgers and his troops claimed the first derby day bragging rights of the campaign.
Michael Beale believes his Rangers side were dealt a 'harsh' blow as VAR denied them a lead in today's derby defeat to Celtic.
Beale highlighted the key moment but was left frustrated that his side weren't able to take up any of their second half chances. Speaking to Sky Sports after the match Beale said: "I thought we started the game quite well, obviously the first goal was clearly offside. Beale later added that Lagerbielke was a "lucky boy" after claiming that the Celtic defender actually kicked the back of Dessers.
He added: "We drive the game, we pushed the game for 45, 50 minutes. We had chances, better chances on the day than Celtic and we're not able to take them.
