Michael Beale's poor start to the season has not gone unnoticed by those in and around the footballing world.
James McFadden in insistent that Michael Beale cannot use the fact that he is overseeing a rebuild at Rangers as an excuse for their poor form.
Celtic, meanwhile, excelled in their post-Neil Lennon rebuild with Ange Postecoglou winning five from a possible six trophies at Parkhead before jetting off for Spurs. Whilst Brendan Rodgers has suffered a somewhat tepid start to his second tenure since joining in the summer, it's already a headstart for the northern Irishman to reclaim the title - and McFadden believes that Rodgers' experience will carry them over the line, as opposed to Beale's inexperience as a manager.
"Michael Beale doesn't have that, he has the experience telling a manager 'this is what I think we should do' but ultimately that manager makes that decision. They need to be decisive and clear.
