Reality TV star Michael Allio announced his new relationship with Jadé Marie Chapman on New Year's Day, sharing a heartfelt Instagram post about their friendship and growing love. Allio praised Chapman for her bond with his son, James, and expressed happiness over their shared journey.
“We met in 2021 and became instant friends,” Allio, 40, began in a lengthy Instagram caption on Thursday, January 2. “For years, that’s exactly how we stayed — always there for each other at any hour, sharing laughs when life got tough, and offering support when it was needed most. There’s something special about being friends first. It sounds obvious, but I’d never truly experienced it until I met her.
Allio noted that Chapman has formed “such a strong bond” with his 8-year-old son, James, which he called “one of the greatest joys.” “We got everything we wanted this year,” he captioned the upload. “Hope you did too. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays friends. Here’s to the best year yet.” “I guess I’ll just come out with it. We’re not together anymore,” Allio said during a September 2023 episode of Jason Tartick’s “Trading Secrets” podcast. “It’s not what we planned. We both threw a lot into this relationship and it’s really awful when it doesn’t work out.”
