Parsons did not have a sack in Monday night's game but he was a gamechanger all the same for the Cowboys and 'LT' was impressed.
That’s right, Lawrence Taylor was in the building to watch his former team take on the Cowboys and Parsons, who many compare him, too.
After the game, Taylor said of Parsons, “He’s playing pretty well … let’s see if he can keep it up for dag-on 13 years.” Taylor wasn’t finished commenting, though. Tuesday evening, while tweeting about his experience, he wrote “And that is special … can’t wait to see everything you achieve young man. God bless.”
Parsons retweeted it and posted a Goat emoji next to a Lion emoji and wrote “thank you!!! God is Great!” Parsons did not get a sack of Giants quarterback Daniel Jones Monday — he was reportedly under the weather before the game — but he had two each of Tom Brady and Joe Burrow to start the season, and is still on track for more than 22 sacks this season.Note to readers: if you purchase something through one of our affiliate links we may earn a commission.
