The line for registration – free to the public based on availability – formed around 8 a.m. with fans of all ages donning No. 11 Cowboys gear in anticipation of meeting the three-time Pro Bowl linebacker. With food trucks, carnival games and youth football camp activities on tap, Harrisburg kicked off the third week of July with a day centered around community.
