New reports have been released, which detail incidents listing 30-year-old Mica Miller, of Myrtle Beach, as the victim.
ABC15 requested reports from the Myrtle Beach Police Dept. that listed Mica Miller as a victim. The report for the first incident detailed in this article lists Mica as the complainant. The second report lists her as the offender.The complainant said she had been separated from her husband, whom the report identifies as John-Paul Miller , since January 2023.
The officer contacted John Paul, who said he and his wife were not legally separated and that she "suffers from mental health disorders," the report details. John-Paul also reportedly told the officer that she experiences "episodes" on an annual basis near Christmas when she "becomes reckless and spends large amounts of money when she stops taking her prescribed medication.
The complainant said that on February 14, the employee transferred donation funds from the church's Zelle and Cash App accounts to the employee's personal South State Bank account, the report stated. The employee also reportedly collected cash donations, which were allegedly deposited directly into the employee's bank account.
