"So to compare standards I cannot accept, we have to accept the different generations are not the same. "Benni McCarthy has gone to Manchester United, so why do our clubs not do the same and ask the likes of Pollen Ndlanya and Jerry Sikhosana to help. "We don't give these legends a chance to impart their knowledge, and we expect these guys to learn on their own, so it's going to take time."We learned a lot from them, hence my style of play is similar to Neil Tovey, Lucas Radebe, Linda Buthelezi and Eric Tinkler."Because these ones are on their own it's going to take them long.
