Belanda mendakwa Russia memainkan peranan penting dalam nahas pesawat MH17

ROM: Mahkamah Hak Asasi Manusia Eropah dijangka mengumumkan sama ada akan mendengar pendakwaan Belanda terhadap Russia berhubung insiden pesawat MH17 yang ditembak jatuh pada 2014.

Lapor BBC, kerajaan Belanda dalam pendakwaannya menegaskan maklumat yang disalurkan oleh Russia berhubung peranan Moscow dalam insiden itu merupakan pencabulan hak asasi waris mangsa berkenaan.Keputusan mahkamah sama ada kes itu akan didengar atau tidak, dijangka diumumkan pada pukul 2.30 petang . Kerajaan Belanda mendakwa Russia memainkan peranan penting dalam nahas pesawat berkenaan dan kes itu bergantung sama ada Moscow mempunyai `kawalan’ ke atas kawasan wilayah Ukraine yang mana lokasi peluru berpandu ditembak.
