"Ang tawag namin diyan PTSD . Ito kasing COVID traumatic experience ito para sa isang tao eh. May mga tao na may COVID na hindi inaasahan [na mahawa]. Hindi inaasahan, kasi it's a life and death situation ano? So talagang nakakapagdulot ito ng matinding pangamba lalo na kapag nagkasakit ng COVID," ani Jerome Go, isang psychiatrist, sa programang "Good Vibes" ng Teleradyo noong Biyernes.
"May mga pasyenteng naka-recover na sa COVID pero nakakaranas pa rin sila ng parang kinakapos sa hininga, parang pakiramdam nila nilalagnat sila," ani Go. Kaya payo niya, dapat panghawakan ang naging resulta sa pagkakataong tuluyan nang magnegatibo sa sakit.
