Dahil sa pagkawasak ng isang tulay sa Dingle, Iloilo, mag-iisang taon nang nagtitiis ang mga mag-aaral at mga residente sa mahabang pila para makasakay sa balsa at makatawid sa kabilang bahagi ng ilog.
Nagtungo si Jessica Soho sa Iloilo para personal na makita at maranasan ang kalbaryo na araw-araw na pinagdadaanan ng mga apektadong residente.
Dahil sa dami ng tao, at hanggang anim lang ang puwedeng isakay sa balsa sa bawat tawid sa ilog, inaabot umano ng hanggang 200 metro ang haba ng pila. "Nanghihinayang po kasi pagdating ko po dun sa bahay gabi na po," saad niya sa KMJS."Meron pa po akong tatawiring ilog bago makarating ng bahay."
