Kodai Senga spent most of last season shining for a team going nowhere, but now will be thrust into a postseason race.
“Because the team is in such a great spot, I want to be a productive member of the team and continue to push the team toward the playoffs,” Senga said through his interpreter. “I was definitely working toward something, trying to figure out what I can and cannot do at that point,” Senga said. “But really just trying to understand myself.
