In an interview over Super Radyo DZBB, Nograles, co-chairman of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases, said Metro Manila may move one step closer to the so-called “new normal.” “‘Pag itong lugar na ito ay dapat, dahil nagspa-spike o nagsu-surge diyan, dapat mabilis ang pag-aksyon, ko-community quarantine mo ‘yan for 14 days ganyan ,” he added.
As of July 10, Metro Manila has 22,618 COVID-19 cases, 14,104 of whom are active. The region also reported 7,648 recoveries and 866 deaths.
