Metro Manila recorded on Sunday, Jan. 16, its lowest temperature so far thisThe Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the lowest temperature was registered at the PAGASA Science Garden station in Quezon City at 5:30 a.m.According to PAGASA, the northeast monsoon is expected to continue bringing cold temperature particularly in Luzon including Metro Manila until next month.
PAGASA said Mindanao, because of the Shear Line, is forecast to have cloudy skies with some occasional light rains.
