The lowest air temperature reading in Metro Manila was recorded by PAGASA around 5:30 a.m. at its Science Garden monitoring station in Quezon City. This is the region’s coldest day so far since the start of the 2022-2023 northeast monsoon or “amihan” season, surpassing the 20.2°C air temperature on Feb. 17.Based on the PAGASA’s monitoring, the top 10 stations that recorded the lowest air temperature throughout Monday were:
