On X, formerly known as Twitter, Meta said the issue is impacting some users’ ability to access apps. The company said it is working to get access returned as soon as possible., with more than 100,000 outages reported around noon. By 1:45 p.m., outages were down to less than 19,000 reports on the website.It’s not immediately clear what caused the outage, and the company did not announce how long disruptions were expected to last.
