A servingofficer will go on trial for voyeurism and possessing extreme pornography involving a dog.
Detective Sergeant Benjamin McNish, 29, is charged with observing someone participating in a private act for his sexual gratification while off-duty in north-westCourt documents say the porn charge involves an image allegedly showing someon performing a sex act ‘with a live animal, namely a dog, which was grossly offensive, disgusting or otherwise of an obscene character and a reasonable person looking at the image would think that any such person or animal was real’.
