BREAKING: Met Office issues 21-hour weather warning for all of Lancashire
Lancashire is set to be battered by rain tomorrow after the Met Office issued a yellow weather warning.
Up to 80mm on rain could fall in some places in a matter of hours leading to flooding and other parts of the North West, including Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Cheshire are also covered by the alert. In Lancashire, heavy rain is due to fall from 3am until 9am with lighter showers then forecast until 5pm.
In Cumbria, heavy rain will batter the county from 3am until 1pm on Monday with lighter showers until around 8pm. The Met Office said there is a 'small chance that homes and businesses could be flooded' while the rain is likely to result in 'difficult driving conditions and road closures'.
