Finally! Full story here
For many, the May bank holiday weekend signals the official start to the summer and although parts of the country saw a bit of a mixed bag when it came to the weather over the weekend, it looks as though conditions are going to improve greatly.
It will be a bit chillier with lows of 2 to 6, especially for the northern half of the country where there could be some grass frost, but it will generally stay between 5 and 9 degrees further south. "Dry in most places but some patchy rain and drizzle will affect Atlantic coastal areas at times. Highs of 13 to 17 degrees, in light to moderate south to southeast winds."
"Temperatures between 12 and 17 degrees, coolest along eastern and southern coasts in moderate to occasionally fresh southeast winds." says Met.ie
