In a preview for Marvel Unleashed #2, the Pet Avengers, tracking the kidnapped Lockjaw, discover Blackheart has concocted a horrifying plan to invade reality with an all-consuming army.

In Blackheart’s lair, the Pet Avengers overhear the demon outline his plans. Blackheart has created a special layer of Hell called "the Tenth Circle" - a layer so secret not even the devil knows it exists. Over the years, Blackheart has stashed a legion of demons and monsters there.
Blackheart Is Hiding a Secret Army Blackheart was created by Mephisto, fashioned from the negative energies of Christ’s Crown in New York. The town had been a focal point for numerous murders, and Mephisto tapped into its eldritch energy. Mephisto is constantly looking for souls to corrupt and the apple did not fall too far from the tree with Blackheart, who has tried to conquer the Earth on several occasions.
Without Mephisto around to sabotage him, Blackheart's plan to invade Earth could have consequences as devastating as Thanos' snap, but nowhere near as easy to reverse - now, only the Pet Avengers can stop him.
