An emotional night in Mentor as high school student Jack Sawyer was honored at the football matchup for his brave battle against a rare form of cancer.MENTOR, Ohio - The Cardinals named Jack an honorary captain for that game, allowing him to participate in the coin toss against Euclid.
Jack previously said the support and prayers from Mentor and beyond has been incredible, especially since he and his family made the decision to stop treatment. The proceeds from the t-shirt sales were made a gift to his family to help cover the cost of some medical bills.
