Customers in Mentor are frustrated after they say they signed a contract and paid a local snow plow company for removal services they never received in full.

In her case, Stay Brite’s owner gave her a discount and promised to take care of his senior neighbors.But the Mentor homeowner, who is scheduled for knee surgery, said Stay Brite rarely showed up, and when they did they blocked her car with about three feet of snow.
19 News reached out to Stay Brite by phone three times, but each time the voicemail was full and couldn’t take any more messages. 19 News also texted the owner offering him a chance to tell his side of the story. The owner has not responded at this time.
