The Taylorsville High School community is grappling with the sudden passing of Principal Emme Liddell.
"Emme has this amazing ability to make everyone she talked with feel heard and valued," said Kelli Miller, assistant principal at Taylorsville High School.
Miller, who worked closely with Liddell for nearly the past three years, said the news came as a shock, even to those aware of her recent health struggles. The impact of this sudden loss is also taking a toll on mental health. Miller noted that some teachers have needed time off to grieve.
