On the morning of May 23, just days ahead of Memorial Day, 90 volunteers in the Phoenix area took part in the planting of 10,000 U.S. flags at the University of Phoenix.
The flag display, when seen at a proper angle, spells out 'celebrate, honor, remember.' FOX 10's Danielle Miller reports."Honoring those who have served with memorial exhibits, a musical tribute, and moving Flag Ceremony dedicated to the men and women who lost their lives in service of this great nation."
