Comissioner Tom Ramsey in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Houston, will place benches in parks across Precinct 3 to serve as permanent memorials while providing victims’ families with resources and support. “This is a place of peace for us when we’re struggling, when we’re trying to find what’s necessary to go forward.
