An alleged Melkbosstrand horror house, where a businessman accused of molesting seven children is believed to have committed some of his crimes, has been razed.

The property, situated at 30 Third Avenue, has been completely demolished after Marius Pistorius and his wife Annet sold it to M Cape Construction Pty Ltd in August.
