Melanie and Aaron began their relationship in January 2020 but went separate ways after she was arrested for felony domestic violence against Carter. The couple eventually reconnected in April of the same year and announced they would be expecting their first child. Unfortunately Carter announced that Martin had suffered a miscarriage in June, but the twosome were able to celebrate some happy news when they got engaged the same month.
"My heart is completely broken over the passing of my fiancé Aaron," she continued."I knew he was struggling, and I tried everything to help him He has a very independent and strong personality, and I couldn't help him in the way I felt he needed it."
