Former first lady Melania Trump is expected to join other Trump family members at next week's Republican National Convention , according to sources who spoke to the Associated Press.The AP said the information regarding Melania Trump came from sources 'familiar with her plans' who spoke on the condition of anonymity.
She would be among a number of other family members in attendance when former President Donald Trump accepts the Republican presidential nomination.Among the other family members expected to appear at the RNC in Milwaukee are three of Trump's children, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and Tiffany Boulos, all of whom were named as delegates for Florida. She missed several important events, including his Super Tuesday primary election victory party and his hush money trial in New York.Recently, she has been involved in private events, such as hosting a fundraiser for the Log Cabin Republicans at Trump Tower in New York City and another fundraiser with her husband at investor John Paulson's home.Melania Trump's specific role at the Milwaukee convention remains unclear. Likewise, the roles for Donald Trump's children at the event have not been publicly confirmed. However, unconfirmed reports have suggested that Donald Trump Jr. will be a featured speaker.Details have not been released regarding the plans for Barron Trump, the former president's youngest child.
