Mel Gibson no longer has time for shoddy police work as seen in an exclusive Confidential Informant clip. The movie, which co-stars Hunter Hunter's Nick Stahl, Blood Red Sky's Dominic Purcell and Last Sentinel's Kate Bosworth, centers on two narcotic agents who pay off a junkie in the hopes of finding a cop killer, though one elects to use the informant for a deadly scheme in the hopes of providing for his wife and son.

Though unclear how the raid turned out, the video makes it clear the duo ran afoul of interdepartment policies that have made some people very upset.
How Gibson's Confidential Informant Role Is A Change Of Pace Following his breakout turn in George Miller's Mad Max movies, Gibson became more of a household name thanks to his work in the Lethal Weapon franchise as Martin Riggs, the PTSD-addled protagonist frequently found himself causing problems for Steve Kahan's Captain Ed Murphy.
