The Duchess of Sussex has prepared a very lavish gift for her baby daughter Lilibet Diana, who was born on Friday
June 09, 2021 - 14:44 BST Ainhoa Barcelona The Duchess of Sussex is no doubt relishing every moment with her newborn daughter Lilibet, who was born on Friday. In the years to come, the tiny tot will receive a truly sentimental gift – something Meghan has been planning to give her for a very long time.
She splashed out on the timepiece, which retails at £4,800 for the small face model, as a gift to herself - but plans to pass it down to her daughter one day. "I had it engraved on the back, 'To M.M. From M.M.' and I plan to give it to my daughter one day. That's what makes pieces special, the connection you have to them."
