Meghan Markle announces new initiative on 40th birthday with the help of Melissa McCarthy
"I'm asking 40 friends to donate 40 minutes of their time to help mentor a woman who is mobilising back into the workforce," she says in a new clip on her and Prince Harry's foundation site, Archewell.
The two-minute clip shows Meghan joking with actress Melissa McCarthy, and comes two months after she gave birth to her second child with Prince Harry, Lilibet. Millions of people around the world have lost their jobs in shutdowns sparked by Covid-19, as governments try to tamp down the spread of the disease.
