The color is multi-dimensional, with several different shades woven through like aqua, navy, and violet. We're wondering if this could be a wig — if it is, it looks highly realistic, with her edges curled and smoothed in the same blue color. She's also wearing a neutral eye shadow look, winged eyeliner, false lashes, and a nude lip gloss over dark liner.
