There were no lucky winners of the big prize last night as no tickets purchased managed to match all white numbers and the gold Mega Ball, meaning the jackpot will roll over to the next drawing on Tuesday. The drawing on August 21 had a first prize of $49 million at stake.There were five people who won at least $10,000 after correctly picking four of the white balls and the gold Mega Ball. One of those winners doubled their payout to $20,000 because they also purchased the additional 2x Megaplier.
Over 29,000 players won $10 by either matching three numbers or two numbers and the Mega Ball and over 6,000 of these players won $20 using the Megaplier.As the jackpot wasn't won, it now increases in size to roughly $57 million, with a cash option of $45.5 million, for the next drawing at 11pm E.T. on August 25.
