I take care of the overall production of the event. I make sure everything runs smoothly, from activations and the stage performance to fetching artists. At BHC, I become a jack of all trades.I get to watch the festival come to life bit by bit as part of the production team. From when the stage starts going up, to when the artist finally jumps on stage – it’s all very surreal and equally satisfying.
Obviously that moment was stressful for us security wise, but everyone was so respectful. Watching people’s faces light up as they realised Swizz Beatz was performing next to them was priceless. We even have a picture of him in our office stage-diving.What is your personal Until Until business goal?
