New South Wales police have said anchored cruise ships must return to home ports but federal government says it has a duty to provide healthcare
Scott Morrison says Australia has an obligation to provide healthcare to people who are sick and within our territorial waters, as the government begins plans to fly doctors from a private company to at least seven cruise ships floating off the coast of eastern Australia.
