Currently, the company manages about 700,000 feet of medical office space across five US states.
"Their long-term success, quite frankly, is our long-term success. So we are happy to listen to their needs and if it arises that we needed to do some short-term rent deferral, we have put that in place," he said on the podcast. In fact, some of Atkins' tenants are even preparing for a surge once restrictions are lifted from patients who have been putting off procedures and appointments.
