Lawmakers and advocates have made several attempts to let autistic Ohioans access medical marijuana. The Ohio Housethat would have added autism to the list, but it never got a vote in the Senate. Rep. Juanita Brent, D-Cleveland, said she plans to reintroduce the measure in the new legislative session.
"These conversations need to go back to being between a patient and their doctor," Brent said."We need to give all Ohioans as much of a pathway as possible to address this."
