MediaTek announced that it will be pushing the performance of entry-level Chromebooks with the Kompanio 520 and Kompanio 528 processors.These newest Kompanio chipsets offer a seamless experience so customers can browse, play cloud games, stream content, and utilize Google Play apps while enjoying all-day battery life thanks to the improved computational performance and battery life for low-level Chromebooks.
Multitasking is simple, and users may start up in just a few seconds thanks to the strong octa-core CPU and the incredibly effective RAM and storage options. Each chipset incorporates a dual-core AI processing unit to provide applications with enhanced AI advancements and AI camera functions. The new Kompanio chipsets enable device manufacturers to create Chromebooks with huge 32MP cameras for taking incredibly clear images thanks to a variety of next-generation imaging processor enhancements. These chipsets are supported by MediaTek's hardware imaging engine, which works in the background to automatically improve photos and videos, even in dim lighting.
