Paris-founded medical charity Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) said that a convoy of 14 MSF trucks had entered northwestern Syria on Feb. 19 from a nearby border crossing to assist in earthquake rescue operations.
The toll is expected to climb, with about 345,000 apartments in Turkey now known to have been destroyed and many people still missing.
