Police Colonel Jeffrey Caballes, MCPO director, said that the curfew really helped maintain peace and order as seen during the observance of All Saints’ and All Souls’ Days. The city government imposed a curfew on minors, whose ages are 18 years old and below, from 12 a.m to 4 a.m for three days from Oct. 31 to Nov. 2.They will be maximizing the deployment of police presence in churches, establishments, and other areas of convergence.
