"We hope the SOP will be released soon, and before the services are allowed to operate, as it involves having direct contact with the community. Aminuddin said for example, barber shops rely on reusable tools and there is the question whether a customer who seeks their services should register their name and address with the shop.
In a separate development, Aminuddin said the salaries of 6,802 permanent and contract staffs in the state has been brought forward from April 23 to April 20.
