The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission in a press statement has revealed that the commission in collaboration with the Royal Malaysia Police is investigating controversial figure Adeline Chang for allegedly posting a photo of a minor on Facebook with an obscene caption.
MCMC added that during the recording of her statement, the commission had confiscated a mobile phone and a SIM card believed to be hers that was used to upload the alleged obscene content online.The investigation is under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 for improper use of network facilities or network services.
