KUALA LUMPUR, June 1 — Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission chief operating officer Datuk Mohd Ali Hanafiah Mohd Yunus today said that the National Digital Network Plan will start its Phase 2 in the third quarter of this year.
"We will start Phase 2 of Jendela earliest in the third quarter of this year and latest by the fourth quarter,” he said at Jendela’s Phase 1 Concluding Report virtual media and analyst briefing today. He said the rate is considered as low and introducing 5G devices at a lower price will help to improve adoption rates.
