The area has undergone a lot of change from just industrial parks and fields a few years ago, and the people around it seem to be embracing the change.“I'm not necessarily anti-change as long as it is benefiting the overall community now that they opened Pandora's box,” said Dr. Eric Rhoden, the clinical manager.
“I literally ran it this morning before my patients. We were doing a walk-jog interval, practicing her form,” Dr. Rhoden said. “Noise has been maybe a little uncomfortable at times when I'm trying to explain something But at the same time, to effectively have more residential right around the corner from us and so purely. From a small business standpoint, that's convenient,” Dr. Rhoden said.“The first go around that I lived here they were still building the stadium,” said Ashley Selva who lived here twice. The only issue – the metro rail.
