The court’s decision to deny Kenyan McDuffie’s request for an en banc appeal deals yet another blow to his fight to appear on the ballot for D.C. attorney general.
McDuffie was seen as a leading candidate in the race and hadIn a statement, McDuffie’s campaign said they were disappointed by the decision and weighing their next options.
“This fight is not over,” the campaign said. “At this time, our campaign is discussing what the most recent decision means for Kenyan’s candidacy.
