McDonald's fans beg for return of 'special sauce'.
In a post on Facebook, NewfoodsUK posted a picture of the saucepots, alongside the caption: "Throwback 3 years ago when McDonald’s UK sold Big Mac Sauce! Anyone else remember these. Would love if McDonald’s sold these again!".
The comments are filled with fellow McDonalds fans asking about the sauce, with some begging the fast food giant to bring it back, and other suggesting substitutes for those who can't wait.One user commented: "McDonald's PLEASE DO THIS AGAIN" while another said: "I need this back in my life", and another commented: "Gutted they don’t sell them anymore", followed by a sad face emoji.
Others suggested other similar sauces people could, with one person commenting: "Easy to make using a SlimmingWorld recipe" followed by a smiley face, and second saying: "I think the Heinz burger sauce tastes just the same". Another said: "You can Google the ingredients and make it urself, my partner does all the time comes out spot on tbh".
