Chula Vista Councilmember John McCann maintained a comfortable lead over challenger Ammar Campa-Najjar in the highly contentious race for the South County city’s top political seat.
Campa-Najjar saw Thursday’s small change that inched him closer to McCann as a step in the right direction.
