McCallum versus Anderson is one of the most exciting football game s of the year for McCallum High School senior and band member, Sadie Swinney.But, the night took a turn for the worst last Thursday, "I remember immediately everybody screamed because it was terrifying," she said.after the game-- both were carrying band members and Swinney was one of them. Austin Police investigators identified 23-year-old, Fallon Ramos , as the person behind the wheel.
Swinney was examined by first responders on the scene, "I hit my face against the seat and my nose started bleeding." Ramos is facing a misdemeanor DWI charge after investigators said she showed signs of intoxication like slurred speech, the odor of alcohol, bloodshot eyes, and disorientation.
